It is with the deepest sorrow that the Huda Overseas family announces the passing of our beloved Founder and Director, Md Nurul Huda. A visionary, a leader, and above all, a man of extraordinary character — his loss leaves a void in our hearts that words can scarcely express.
A Vision That Built a Legacy
Md Nurul Huda founded Huda Overseas with a singular purpose: to serve people with honesty, dedication, and care. From the very beginning, he believed that a business should be a force for good — not just in profit, but in the lives it touches and the opportunities it creates. He built this organization brick by brick, guided by values of integrity and compassion, and grew it into an institution that thousands of people have trusted with their most important decisions.
His leadership was not measured by titles or accolades, but by the lives he transformed, the families he helped reunite, and the futures he made possible.
A Man Beyond His Role
To those who knew him closely, Md Nurul Huda was never just a director. He was a guardian. He was a pillar. When hardship found his family — as it inevitably does for all of us — he was the one who stood tall and steady, offering protection, guidance, and unconditional love.
He embodied the belief that true leadership begins at home, in how we treat those closest to us, and extends outward into everything we build.
